Hailed as “Miss Independent of Isabela,” Karina Bautista is the 2nd runner up of the 1st Teen Batch of “Pinoy Big Brother: Otso.” Coming in from Star Hunt and PBB, Karina was also launched as part of the second batch of ABS-CBN’s training and management subsidiary, Rise Artist Studios in 2021. The budding actress, together with her co-PBB-housemate-turned-loveteam Aljon Mendozaknown together as KarJon, counts several shows under their name. Among the Kapamilya shows on TV and online namely “Sandugo,” “Hoy Love You!” and the “The Four Bad Boys and Me.” One of their biggest feats as a tandem would have to be landing title projects such as the online shows “Ghost of the Past,” and “Ampalaya Chronicles: Labyu Hehe” despite being new to the industry.
