Not many realize that teen star Louise Abuel is not actually new to the business. In fact, he has been taking on various roles since 2011. But he first marked the audience’s psyche as Kevin Delgado in the fantasy comedy-drama “100 Days to Heaven.” In 2015 he finally landed a role in the family drama “Walang Iwanan” and was especially noted for his performance in “Kadenang Ginto” and, most recently, in “Viral Scandal.” But his most significant achievement to date is bagging the lead role in the 2019 indie film “Edward” and winning the Best Actor award for the same film in the Asian Film category of the 18th Dhaka International Film Festival in 2020.
