BINI’s Aiah shared what inspired her to start her “Aiahdvocacy.”
The advocacy is a “special love club project” of Aiah’s where she makes it a tradition to visit different communities and facilities from September to December.
“During this time, I extend my love, help, and blessings to people from various walks of life,” she explained in a previous post.
During a Q&A session with fans on X on Thursday, December 12, the singer relayed that she got inspired to start the advocacy by the charities she saw on social media.
“It honestly started with those videos and photos of different charities that I see all over social media tapos I keep telling myself how I really want to do something like that, too,” she shared.
The singer also highlighted that she wanted to do the advocacy during the Christmas season since it is her favorite season.
“For those who know me, I am a big Christmas person. I love the spirit of Christmas and how the start of ber months makes me feel like it’s already Christmas even if there’s still Halloween season in November haha,” she said.
Aiah went on: “So then I thought, why not I start a charity thing every month starting from September to December and try my best to share this feeling of Christmas that I always feel whenever it’s ber months na. So ayun that’s how Aiahdvocacy started.”
The BINI member remarked that with all the blessings she has been receiving, she wants to give back to the community.
“I realized din na this year, I have been working so hard and and daming pumapasok na blessings so why not share it to others kase truly, not only is it good to share than to receive but for me, it feels great to share and to be of service especially na love language ko ay acts of service. So it’s a win win for me,” she stated.
“Plus, I am lucky and blessed that I have friends, resources, and energy to do all these so why not make the most of it and create something great with it?”
Aiah kicked off this year’s “Aiahdvocacy” in a community in Tondo, Manila back in September.
