When your frown needs to be turned upside down, Walter Mark “Nonong” Ballinan is the man who can tickle your funny bone! This Davaoeño comedian had his first stints in stand-up comedy bars that paved the way for his showbiz career. Nonong participated in “It’s Showtime” segment, “Funny One”, where he won 2nd runner up. He also landed a role in the sitcom “Home Sweetie Home (2014-2020) and, eventually, in the hit long-running primetime series, “Ang Probinsyano”. Nonong was also involved in numerous comedy flicks such as “Kusina Kings” (2018) and “Woke Up Like This” (2018). Nonong’s role as a housemate in “Pinoy Big Brother” charmed the audience with his usual comedic antics. With the moniker “Kanto Komikero ng Novaliches”, Nonong made, not just the stay of the other housemates, but also the engagement of his audience worthwhile.
